- Wash, season and boil beef till tender.
- Add in blended pepper mix and water. Cover pot and allow to boil for 5mins.
- Add in crayfish and groundnut, stir well so all incorporates. Allow to cook for another 5mins.
- Reduce heat, add in all leaves and mixed well. Add in fried fish and let simmer for 3mins and put off heat.
