- Wash and season the meat with salt and stock cube then boil till tender, half way boiling, add the stock fish to cook with the meat.
- Top up the boiled meat with a litre of water then allow to boil, add palm oil, blended pepper, dry fish then cook for ten minutes.
- At this point, add the crayfish, periwinkle and uziza seed cook for three minutes, taste and adjust with salt and the remaining knorr cube then add the okro and uziza leaf then cook for three minutes
- Lastly add the shredded pumpkin leaf, cook for two minutes then put off your heat
