- Beat butter, marscapone, vanilla coffe extract, salt and sugar until light and fluffy
- Assemble Cake
- Place one cake layer, bottom up on serving plate
- Frost with some of the FROSTING
- Top with second cake layer, bottom uo
- Cover with coffee filling
- Top with third cake layer, bottom up
- Cover with cocoa filling
- Top with last cake layer, bottom up
- Frost entire cake with remaining frosting
- Sprinkle with the sweetened cocoa powder, garnish with strawberries
