- Wash all the meat including the stock fish,put on a clean pot
- Add the blended pepper and onions add the seasoning and salt to taste
- Add a little water and cook until the meat is tender
- Add the oil and the soup thickener allow to cook for some minutes until it thickens
- Add the crayfish and the smoked fish
- Add the ukazi leaf and cook for 2 minuets
- Then add the uguw leaf last and stir
- Serve with any swallow of your choice
