  6. Take 2 boiled potatoes
  7. Prepare 100 gms boiled peas
  8. Take 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  9. Take 4 green chillies chopped
  10. Get 10-15 mint leaves
  11. Take 1/4 tbsp each Coriander powder,red chilli powder
  12. Take as needed Salt and turmeric powder
  13. Get 2 tbsp oil
  14. Get For gravy–
  15. Prepare 50 grams roasted peanuts
  16. Make ready 3 tbsp roasted coconut
  17. Prepare 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  18. Take 3 onions (brown onion paste)
  19. Prepare 1 inch cinnamon stick
  20. Make ready 3-4 bay leaves
  21. Make ready 3-4 cloves
  22. Get 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  23. Prepare 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  24. Prepare 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  25. Take as needed Turmeric and salt
  26. Make ready 1 tbsp garam masala
  27. Prepare 1 teaspoon fenugreek leaves
  28. Get 2 tbsp cream
  29. Prepare as required Coriander leaves
  30. Get 6 tbsp oil

Instructions to make Veg fish:
  1. First take bottle gourd and cut it's down side part for base
  2. Don't peel off the bottle gourd
  3. Cut in bhi shape from front side for face and back side also bhi shape for it's tail
  4. From upside make skulls and eye like fish, shown in the picture
  5. Now on slow flame roast it on tawa aur kadai
  6. Turn it slowly added with chilli powder salt and turmeric powder
  7. Slowly turn it continuously on very slow flame till it get tender
  8. Apply ginger garlic paste on it and roast properly
  9. When it get tender and roasted properly, take out all seeds from inside (make it hollow)
  10. Fish stuffing–
  11. Now take a kadhai and add some oil and crackle cumin seeds.
  12. Now add finely chopped inside the material, which we took out from bottle gourd
  13. Now add finely chopped cabbage and cauliflower
  14. Add coriander powder jeera powder red chilli powder turmeric and salt and mix properly
  15. Now add chopped boiled potatoes and boiled green peas
  16. Add finely chopped cottage cheese,mint and 1 tomato finely chopped
  17. Add Ginger garlic paste and garam masala and mix it properly
  18. Cover it for 5 minutes and switch off the flame,stuffing is ready
  19. For gravy–
  20. In a kadhai add 4 tbsp oil and add cloves, bay leaves and cinnamon stick
  21. Now crackle some jeera or cumin seeds
  22. Add Ginger garlic paste and stir it.
  23. Now add brown onion paste and mix it properly
  24. Now add coriander and jeera powder turmeric and salt as needed
  25. Now add peanut, roasted coconut and seasam seed powder
  26. Mix well properly and add garam masala and kasuri methi or fenugreek leaves
  27. Add water as needed and cover it for 5 minutes
  28. When it get boil switch off the flame and add cream gravy is ready
  29. Now prepared stuffing fill in roasted bottle gourd (from down side) and slowly put it in a dish
  30. And pour prepared gravy on fish, add coriander leaves and the veg. fish is ready
