  1. Put oil, ginger garlic paste and beef in pot and fry till golden.
  2. Add 8 tsp of Shan masala, dahi, gram masla, zeera powder, black pepper and salt.
  3. Fry for 15 mins on high flame then add water.
  4. Let it cook on medium flame till meet is tender.
  5. Add small pieces of tomatoes, bhona zeera and dhani, kasuri methi, chopped green chillies (big pieces) and cook on high flame for 15 mins.
  6. Then add lemon juice.
  7. Let it cook for 5 mins on low flame till oil is sperate.
  8. Beef karahai is ready to serve.
