Steps to make Beef Pulao:
- In a pot heat oil and fry onions till golden brown.
- Now add and stir fry ginger garlic paste, tomato, green chili, cumin, whole black pepper, bay leaves, cloves, cardamom, red chili powder, salt and turmeric.
- Now add boiled meat and yoghurt, cook further for 5 minutes on low flame. - After that add soaked rice and aglass water, cook further.
- When water gets dry, lower the flame and leave it for 20 minutes.
- Beef pulao is ready, enjoy with raita.
