  9. Get 1 can tomato sauce (I like Hunts)
  10. Get 2 tbs olive oil
  11. Prepare 1/2 onion diced
  12. Prepare 3 cloves garlic diced
  13. Get 1/2 tsp fresh parsley
  14. Take 1/2 tsp Italian season
  15. Get 1 (8 oz) package shredded mozzarella cheese
  16. Prepare 1/4 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  17. Get 1 (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
Steps to make Baked Spaghetti:
  1. Preheat oven 350. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to boil & cook spaghetti 6 minutes.
  2. Place the chunks of butter in the grained spaghetti and mix until coated set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, on medium high heat, sauté the onions & garlic for a few minutes, then add both meats, salt, pepper to your like and cook until browned. Drain the meat.
  4. Add in pasta sauce, tomato sauce, parsley and Italian season. Mix well until fully incorporated, on very low heat.
  5. In a medium size bowl combine the cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream until well blended.
  6. Add your creamy mixture to the 1/2 of spaghetti, toss well until coated.
  7. Add 1/2 of the pasta sauce and 1/2 of the cheese's. Then repeat spaghetti, creamy mixture and sauce.
  8. Add remaining cheese's and place in oven.
  9. Cook 25 minutes and enjoy with a garden salad and garlic toast!!
