  1. Place the meat in a large bowl and rub it all over with oil
  2. Mix all spices then pour over the meat, mix well.
  3. Let it sit at room temperature for 30- 45 minutes
  4. Heat grill to high, then place the meat on the grill (no need for skewers!). Turning every 2 minutes.
  5. Grill for about 8 minutes for medium rare (6 for rare, 10 and above if you like your fine meat totally dead….)
  6. Serve immediately.
