- Slice steak in thin strips and then squres.
- Sear in medium-high oiled skillet until cooked.
- Remove grease and meat. Add a bit of oil and sautée garlic and ginger until soft.
- Then add sesame oil, soy sauce, Brown sugar, honey, and mix. Add broccoli. On a separate bowl mix corn starch and water and then add to the broccoli. Boil until sauce becomes thick and add meat back to the pot.
