Once it get transculent add tomatoes ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes. Add all dry masala salt saute add 2 tbsp water and cook till oil releases. Pour this masala on boil dal add mint leaves coriander leaves lemon juice boil it.
- Wash carrot, cucumber, tomato, lemon, mint leaves. For carrot peel it cucumber peel it and cut into same pieces and serve it.
- Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil and heat it. Place the marinated fish and shallow fry sides turning sides on both sides till it get cooked on both sides in low flame till dark brown. Transfer in a serving platter, garnish with onion salad and lemon mint leaves
