  8. Prepare Few curry leaves
  9. Take as required Coriander leaves

Add fish pieces and salt to taste. Cover and cook over a medium heat,until fish is cooked and gravy is thick. Remove from heat and keep covered for at least one hour for the flavors to blend in.   3. In a pan add some oil, add some curry leaves and mix the second batch of masala, and add the fried fish and cook it in low flame for 2-3 minutues on each side. Serve it with coriander leaves.
