  1. Prepare 2 Tablespoons refined Oil
  2. Take 1 Cup Maida
  3. Make ready as per taste Salt
  4. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon Ajwain

  6. Make ready 1/2 Cup Water as required or approx

  10. Take 1 Onion finely chopped
  11. Take as needed Little coriander leaves chopped
  12. Get 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
  13. Get 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  14. Take 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala powder
  15. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon salt
  16. Take 1/2 teaspoon tomato sauce

  5. Take a knife and cut it from the sides as shown in the fig and just fold it cross. At last for it's tail just take a knife and mark like line. For it's eye's use cloves. Repet the same process with the rest.
  6. Now turn on the flame and pour sufficient amount of oil for deep frying. The oil must not be too hot. On a low flame fry the fish shape Samosa. It will take 20 mins to fry and crispy.
  7. At a time you can fry 6 to 7. If one side done then flip it to other side. Again fry other side, then it's done serve it hot and with Chutney then enjoy.
