  7. Add salt(I've used rock salt) and tamarind water. Adjust water accordingly. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  8. Once it starts boiling add the cleaned fish and cook for 5 minutes. Don't stir after adding the fish it will break. Garnish with coriander leaves.
