- Now we will cook the fish in coconut gravy. In the same pan, place a big piece of banana leaf and pour in the coconut gravy. Open the steamed fish parcel and gently take out the fish along with the masala and place it over the coconut gravy. Cover with lid and let the fish and coconut milk cook together.
