- First heat up a pan with 2 tbsp oil add the fish pieces and add chilli pickle and little bit salt, cover the lid and cook for 5-10 minutes on medium flame. Don’t remove it just switch off the flame and leave it.
- Meanwhile heat up a pan with remaining oil and add all the remaining listed ingredients and add little bit water and fry it for 10-15 minutes on low to medium flame till oil separates.
- After the masala are cooked then add the masala to the pan where we fry the fish pieces. And add 1&1/2 cup of water, cover the lid and cook for 5-7 minutes. Don’t stir it.
- For 7 minutes stir it nicely and cook on high flame for 2 minutes and switch off the flame.
- Our delicious masala fish curry is ready.
