  5. After 4minutes, turn off heat and serve with white rice

Another traditional method to dry fish involves dry-salting, which is exactly what it sounds like. After cleaning the fish, you lay them in a dry basket and cover in salt. Organically produced, Chemical and DDT free. Note: You can equally use a fish fillet for this. I use thinly cut tilapia fillet.
