The ingredients needed to make Dry Fish Potato Chutney:
  1. Take 2 dry fish
  2. Take 2 Potato peeled and cubed
  3. Prepare 12-15 green chillies
  4. Get 2 Tomato
  5. Take 2 cups water
  6. Prepare 1 Large onion sliced
  7. Get leaves Few chopped coriander
  8. Take to taste Salt

Coat both sides with a thin film of olive oil. Salt and pepper on one side only. Then spread on the Sweet Tomato and Chili Chutney. Top with chopped rosemary and lay the sage sprig on top.

Instructions to make Dry Fish Potato Chutney:
  1. Take the potatoes, dry fish, green chillies, tomatoes in a pan.
