To get started with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have parshey fish fry using 4 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

Add Kalonji to the hot oil and then add the tomato pieces and stir for a minute. These methods work with either type of parsley, but flat-leaf parsley, which is also known as Italian parsley, has more flavor and a better, less mouth-cutting texture, which should be reason enough. But it's also easier to clean free of grit and dirt that can get on things as they grow outside, is easier to store without crushing, is easier to chop up or mince. These were okay for as much as I love fresh parsley in dishes I thought that these lacked flavor.

Parshey fish jhol with begoon (aubergines) and bori. The Parshey was deep fried, a tad more than optimal. That made its outer layer almost crisp (not the best thing to happen in a jhol always).
