Make a paste of onion and green chillies. Mix black mustard powder, turmeric powder, salt with a tbsp of water. and add to the onion paste. Deep Fried the fish in hot oil till golden brown. Grind the seeds along with one green chilli and water in a small blender to get a grainy yellow paste.

  1. Make a paste using soaked mustard seeds,garlic and red chillies.
  2. Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt to this paste and mix well.
  3. Clean and wash the fish pieces and coat with previously prepared paste.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Fry fish pieces by turning both the sides.
  5. Fry til golden brown in a medium flame.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
